The Wenatchee Valley Chamber offers programs to help members make valuable connections in the community while also developing the interpersonal skills of each individual.
Community Leadership Wenatchee Valley is a 10-month leadership development program that strengthens participants’ leadership skills while providing interactive, hands-on education. The program also includes on-site visits to companies and organizations throughout the Wenatchee Valley.
The Chamber Ambassadors Program puts Chamber members face-to-face with their peers in the community at both Monthly and Annual Events. Ambassadors have the opportunity to introduce themselves to Chamber members each month--an invaluable networking tool both to the participants and the Chamber..

Quarterly LeaderSeries Chamber members have another option for developing leadership skills in their organization by participating in the Chamber’s newest program, the Quarterly LeaderSeries presented by Upstream Northwest. The program takes place on Tuesday mornings from 7:39-9 and offers interactive learning about topics such as effective communication and team dynamics.
