Banquet Eats

This year at the Annual Banquet, we’ll be trying something new: a Country-Style BBQ Buffet.

Dinner will be available for your convenience for an extra-long  time to ensure that you don’t have to stand in line. This way you can have more time to check on your potential jackpot at the silent auction table as you won’t have to be seated early for dinner to be served, giving you more of a chance to mix and mingle.

You’ll get to fill your plate with  your own selection of Countryy Style Barbecue Pork Ribs and BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with Country Gravy, Buttered Corn, Barbecue Baked Beans and Deviled Eggs.

The buffet will also include the Wenatchee Center’s famous and extensive “Build your Own” Salad Bar.For dessert, enjoy Wenatchee Apple or Cherry Crisp.

Hank Cramer is one of the best-loved folksingers in the American West. He’s known for his booming bass voice, smooth picking on a vintage flat-top guitar, and a wry sense of humor. Hank’s repertoire is a mix of original, traditional, and Read More »
